Our story
ThePourfection began with a simple frustration: the best bottles were locked behind allocation lists, and the gifting experience around them was an afterthought. We built a shop where the rare and the ready-to-pour live side by side, and where every bottle can be engraved, boxed and delivered on the day it matters.
We work directly with distilleries, importers and small growers in Champagne, Jalisco, Speyside and Kentucky. Every listing is tasted by our buyers before it reaches the grid — if we would not pour it at our own table, it does not make the cellar.
We are licensed to ship spirits and wine to 40 states, with next-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm local time. An adult 21 or older must sign at the door, every time.
The people
Six buyers, one engraver and a concierge desk, working out of our Greenwich Street tasting room. Between them they have poured through Kentucky rickhouses, Jalisco highlands and the chalk cellars of Reims to build this list.

Corporate gifting
A Manhattan law firm needed a partner gift with each recipient's name etched and delivered before a Friday retreat. We sourced a single-barrel bourbon, engraved in house and shipped to 14 states with zero missed dates.

A collector wanted a 1987 Champagne for a fortieth. Our buyers worked two grower contacts in Aÿ and had a disgorged bottle in the cellar inside three weeks, with provenance paperwork included.
