How fast will my bottle arrive?
Order by 2pm local time and we ship same day for next-day delivery in 40 states. Standard ground arrives in two to four business days, and every order ships free over $200.
Is engraving really complimentary?
Yes. Up to 40 characters on any bottle marked engravable, hand-etched in our New York studio. Engraved bottles ship within one extra business day and cannot be returned.
Which states can you ship to?
We are licensed in 40 states. Checkout checks your delivery state before you pay, so you will never be charged for an order we cannot legally ship.
Who has to sign for delivery?
An adult 21 or older must show ID and sign at the door — every order, every time. No signature means the parcel returns to the depot for a second attempt.
How do allocated and limited bottles work?
Limited releases are listed only while we physically hold stock. Once the counter hits zero the listing marks sold out; members on the allocation list get first call on the next drop.
Can I return a bottle?
Unopened, non-engraved bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged or corked bottles are replaced or refunded immediately — just email the concierge with a photo.
