What we collect
Account details (name, email), delivery addresses, order and engraving history, age-verification confirmation, and standard technical data such as device type and pages viewed.
Why we collect it
To take payment, verify you are 21 or older, ship legally in licensed states, answer concierge requests, and improve the catalog. We never sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
We store your cart and age confirmation in your browser. If analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics with anonymised page views; you can block it with any standard browser or extension control.
Sharing
Only with the processors needed to fulfil an order: our payment processor, delivery carriers who must check ID at the door, and our database host. Each is contractually bound to use the data only for that purpose.
Retention
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy alcohol-retail and tax rules. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased. Email the concierge and we respond within one business day.
